Service Description
We bring private hands-on ultrasound training directly to your location. Pricing is customized based on distance, travel logistics (including cross-border travel, e.g. into the US), and session length. Contact us for a tailored quote.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy SonoSavvy Institute provides customized training that requires advance planning, trainer scheduling and facility arrangements. Booking and payment A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your training dates. The remaining balance is due one calendar day before training begins. Rescheduling Requests must be submitted in writing: • At least 14 calendar days before private training at our North York facility. • At least 30 calendar days before department, on-site or travel-based training. Notice is measured from the first scheduled training day. One date change may be approved, subject to trainer and facility availability. The deposit remains non-refundable but may be transferred to the approved replacement dates. Any additional facility or travel costs will be explained and agreed upon before the change is confirmed. Requests received after these deadlines generally cannot be accommodated. Changes are confirmed only when SonoSavvy provides written approval. Cancellations If you cancel your booking, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. Any payment above the deposit will be refunded, less any non-recoverable costs disclosed and agreed to when booking. This does not apply to training already delivered or missed after the program has begun. Missed training Missed sessions, late arrivals and early departures do not qualify for refunds or automatic replacement sessions. Exceptional circumstances Genuine emergencies will be reviewed individually. Refunds, credits or rescheduling are not guaranteed. Changes by SonoSavvy If SonoSavvy must cancel training, you may choose alternative dates or a refund for the training we cannot provide, including the corresponding deposit.
